BTK88 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). BTK88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your BTK88 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. BTK88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day. Closure by Player: You may close your BTK88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
Suspension or Termination by BTK88: BTK88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute between you and BTK88, you agree to first contact BTK88's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. BTK88 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the specified period, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for final resolution.
Complaints: If you are dissatisfied with BTK88's handling of any complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. BTK88 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
BTK88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, BTK88 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
